I have three volumes in .dmg format that I want to mount on SheepShaver_UB_20140201 hosting Mac OS 9.
When I link them in the preferences window, then save, then restart, upon restart none of the volumes is mounted and I lost my shared folder.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you restart the emulated machine inside SheepShaver or did you quit SheepShaver and launch SheepShaver again? Only the second method will work to make SheepShaver recognize changed preferences settings.
Which format do the .dmg volumes have? How were they created? When created with Disk Utility, only read/write format and DVD/CD Master format will work, other .dmg formats will not be recognized by SheepShaver.
