Sheepsaver won't launch in Maverics

Hello,
I tried to run SS_UB_20140201, in Maverics 10.10.5. The icon blinks once and that's it. Tried deleting older (COI) settings with the included scripts to no avail.

Is it possible to run SS on OSXX? I'd really like to show TIM to my sons.

Follow the installation guide on this site exactly and in every detail, and you will have no trouble running SheepShaver on any recent version of OS X. But you really need to follow the guide as carefully as if you were performing a major medical operation.

Thank you, I now see that I need to put the ROM file in the same directory to be able to launch SS. It wasn't clear from the readme1st.txt, that the app won't even launch without the ROM, thus the confusion.

Also, you indicated you were running COI, which has different setup than the "pure" SheepShaver supported on this site. Search for COI on here to find some instructions specific to that build, or check the COI site.

Thanks, it was a question of not having the rom in right place.
