The blue background ...
Hello ... Is there any possibility that the «blue background» problem will be fixed sometime soon for any Sheepshaver version from 2012 until now ?

Very unlikely it will be fixed ever. The issue is in SDL and not in the SheepShaver code. SheepShaver as it is now uses SDL 1.2 and development of that SDL version stopped at 1.2.15.
