Tiger on debian/ubuntu install error

I have successfully done a Tiger install on windows and am now ventureing into the the relm of installing on my ubuntu kernal for linux in the hopes of increasing the speeds of the Tiger OS.

I used the guide locatred here below which seemed to make a lot of scence from my previous experience.

I am to the part where i am running "pearpc ppc.config"

This is what follows including the error:

GenuineIntel
CMOV MMX 3DNOW SSE SSE2
[Display/SDL]: Making new window 800 x 600
[IO/IDE] <Error> test/imgs/linux.img: could not open file (no such file or directory)


I am hoping som one can point me in the correct direction to troubleshoot this issue.

Well,

Seems you've got the location of the hard disk image set up wrong in your config file.
Is the test/imgs/linux.img really in that place?

You say you are running on linux now? Should the path not read:
"/test/imgs/linux.img"

Copy your config file here, if you can't find the error yourself.

It appears you left the default configuration for the primary master IDE drive. Try setting pci_ide0_master_installed to 0 or pci_ide0_master_image to a real disk image.
