Answer to (a) or (b): I don't know which is easier. If you choose (a) you'll need to write an AppleScript that modifies the prefs file; I've done that in the AppleScript application that you can find here, but I'm sure there are easier ways to do the same thing: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/271144/WPMac...

would it be easier to a) put all of the games on their own "hard drive" approximately the size of the game (a bit larger for saves) and then load the OS on one drive, and have a Host side program load both of the drives in, then an applescript on startup will look for a file in the root of...
