That would be an access violation. Sheepshaver is trying to access protected memory. My first idea would be put it into xp compatibility mode, then turn off your AV. I know those registry keys have to do with TAP. I'd try reinstalling/upgrading your TAP driver. Beyond that I'm not experienced enough to help you.
