Starfleet Academy - "Unknown Error 21"

Hi there...

I have installed SheepShaver (running Mac OS 9.0.4) on my 13-inch 2017 MacBook Air which runs Mojave. I went to install Star Trek: Starfleet Academy. It runs perfectly, save for the over-sensitive mouse in-game which causes the cursor to fly by the options I need to click even at the slightest push.

However, the game doesn't run at all on my Mid-2011 Mac Mini running High Sierra.

Instead, the game launches, the window changes to a smaller window and then it spits out a log file via SIOUX which reads "Unknown error 21". No further info is given and the game plain won't launch.

Just to check, I flattened everything and started over, installing Mac OS 8.6...same issue.

I have the game installed correctly. The #1 SFA Disc is mounted correctly. The drive is unlocked.

I have no idea what might be causing this. Any thoughts?

UPDATE: I'm now getting the same error on my MacBook. This is odd.

I did give the game (from Macintoshgarden) a short try and did not see any error 21 so far.
Host was 10.14.6, guest MacOS 8.6.
As the mouse is practically unusable for the game in SheepShaver, I would use Qemu (Screamer Build) instead.
The mouse looks good in Qemu to me, video is looking better either methinks.

Cat_7 has some builds ready with Screamer sound support.
If need should be, I could upload the package which is working on my side. ;)
Still have a Sierra host OS to try, if that helps, but no HS atm.
