PearPC Crashes at startup

when ever i got a PearPC, i extract it, and run ppc.exe, PearPC, in fact, CRASHES.

where is the solutions?!
LazytownSportacus is the user on Emaculation.com. i journalisticlly posted errors and bugs on SheepShaver, PearPC and Other Emaculation Forum Every-Single-Day
