I want to ask 1 simple question. How do you configure internet on wine for Pearpc. I’m using wine version 1.5.9. My host is Pinguy OS 12.04.

You don't -- you can't run a tap device inside WINE, and PearPC uses it. We've got a thread about that on here from a few years back. If you want to do PowerPC emulation on Linux or macOS, it's better to use a native build of QEMU. Or, of course, a native build of PearPC (you'll get networking, but no sound -- and most operations won't be any faster than using QEMU).
