[ARCHIVED] About PearPC, a mostly obsolete PPC Mac emulator for Windows and Linux to run MacOS X 10.1 up to 10.4. Using QEMU is now recommended.

- (Win32) fixed: '=' key wasn't mapped
- fixed: JITC Error: cannot read page-table
- fixes for older BootX (for Mac OS X 10.0 and 10.1)
- FPU: multiply fixed
- gcard: 1024x768x32 mode wasn't useable
- io registers weren't zero extended on byte or half accesses
- now also compiles with gcc 2.95
- boots debian for PowerPC
- got rid of printf() and exit() in HFS and HFS+ code
- fixed buggy copyTo() and copyAllTo() in stream.cc
- fixed IDEDevice::read(). must update "tel".

Where's the 0.1.1 version?

In the downloads section there is the initial 0.1 version only.

well the new 0.11 version boots fine but totally crash after 10 min of having booted

Does it mean that we can install mac osx 10.1 by using pearpc?

yes you should be able to boot up 10.0 and 10.1

well the new 0.11 version boots fine but totally crash after 10 min of having booted
0.1 also crashed after some time being idle. I think it's something like a side effects of unimplemented power saving features of The Real Thing(tm).

Just tried setting computer sleep to 3 minutes - and it crashed much quicker than ever :) So it's better to turn off any power saving options in Energy Saver.

With this update I was finally able to install the 10.2.8 update to my 10.2 installation. It always used to crash after a couple minutes, but the update took a heck of a lot longer then the install of 10.2 for some reason.

and then.... have you tryed to install mac os 9 for example?

now i'll try to install my copy of mac os X

no there arent any noticible speed increase in this version and it supports only 10.0-10.1-10.2-10.3
