You can use MacImage, compile an ISO and integrate it in your PearPC config file.

Can this also be done with an installation on another comp?
For example, I have 10.0 with the 10.1 upgrade installed on my TiBook, and I can't install 10.0 within PearPC.
Is it possible to make a complete ISO image of the installation and use that?

You can also use a program like WinISO to make a blank ISO 9660 image, then drag and drop whatever files you want into it. Save it, then add it as a cdrom drive to your pearpc config. When the OS boots up, you'll have a "CD" with all your files.
