JIT and NonJIT error, in all os's

Post by Frostbite »

I've tried multiple os's and none work they give me the same error.
In non JITC they look like this:

[CPU/MMU] new pagetable: sdr1 = 0x00300003
[CPU/MMU] new pagetable: sdr1 accepted
[CPU/MMU] number of pages: 2^15 pagetable_start: 0x00300000 size: 2^18
[CPU/CPU] execution started at 01c00cb0
singlestep set from ppc_dec.cc:85, info: unknown instruction

And in JIT theyy look like this:

JITC Warning, program exception: 00080000 00000000

someone else has complained about the problem to, and the only thing we have in common is an MSI motherboard, which doesn't even have the same chipset. Also it does this in every build, on every os

What OS's have you tried it on? ...and what's your hardware?

it's your cd images. see my thread on the ppc.net forums

http://forums.pearpc.net/viewtopic.php?t=2

i followed the advice of using alcohol 120% to make the cd images, fixed it straight away :)
