Nothing is happening...help!

I set up everything to run Mac OS X Panther, and in the Pear PC Control panel, when i double click the icon which should launch some form of installer, all that happens is a black text box opens that says "Pear PC Output Console: You can see the output of the Pear PC program below.". But nothing is happening. the box stays blank and i have no idea why. please help!

Why don't you cut and paste the contents of your config file so we can examine for possible errors.

I suppose the variable would be the install media. Your config file looks fine. Do you have the ability to try a different OS X iso?
