Why is it hard to find a 10.5 image that boots with QEMU?

About Qemu-system-ppc, a PPC Mac emulator for Windows, macOS and Linux that can run Mac OS 9.0 up to Mac OS X 10.5

Is it offensive? Will the FBI come to destroy this site? Seriously though, why is it hard to find a image that boots with QEMU?
If you need more info, tell me ;)

it's not difficult, it took me a while to find one, but here it is:

I don't know if it will happen to you, but it took me about 5 HOURS to download. I think it's because I live in a country far from the country of the website, and because there is no server for this website in my country, the download is very slow

I am very sorry, but I had to remove the download link. It is this board's policy to not allow direct links to EULA or copyright protected material. At best you can post a search term that will lead to the site that offers the download.

It's hard because some require Tiger to be installed and booting from tiger which doesn't work in QEMU

Well, that is not true. It is just a matter of finding a working iso.

I have to admit, I just went from an image I made off my own DVDs. Never had an issue. However, the "lock down" on 10.5 images is just a plist file on the disc. I can't recall which one right now, but I'm pretty sure it's been documented somewhere the search engines crawl.
