USB Floppy Drive support?

Post by celebi23 »

I was wondering if QEMU supports USB Floppy Drives? I've got something arriving on Wednesday that I want to archive for the Macintosh Garden. QEMU supporting USB Floppy Drives would be easier than digging out my old iMac.

It should work as long as you can grab the device node and pass it in on the command line, and as long as the floppy drive is supported by the OS you're running in QEMU-PPC. The method is outlined here: https://www.emaculation.com/doku.php/pp ... mu-for-osx under "Sharing USB Devices with the Guest".
