Building Android Version from source

Hi I am new here sorry if this is the wrong forum for this but.... I am looking to build Basilisk II from source.
I found one android repository but it seems incomplete

as it doesn't contain any of the JNI hooks needed to interface back to the android layers and looking at other various other repositories it seems like there is not much information either.
