Hi,
When I launch Disk Copy 4.2 or 6.0 it say
Disk Copy will not run on this kind of Macintosh since certain required support is not provided
I use Basilisk II with System 7.5.5 Model Mac IIci CPU 68030 with FPU and a PERFORMA ROM.
This is annoying as many software are disk archive.
Could you help ?
Thansks

You could try using Aladdin ShrinkWrap; it can mount most DiskCopy images as well as its own format.

ShrinkWrap 3.5.1 worked fine. (2.1 was always crying not enough memory even with 10 MB!)
Now, I got all my disks on the desktop. Unfortunately the Installer ask me to insert the Disk N° 2.
Is there anything I can do ?
Thanks

Apple's Installer works in the following way:
1. search for another physical disk attached with the appropriate label, and read from that.
2. If the above is not found, search for a folder with that label in the installer application's folder.
Does that help answer your question?

Yes !
Copy all the disk inside a new folder. Pay attention to the alert message : for an unknown reason the installer was waiting for a disk name different from the one i got.
Thanks.
