I thought i could install any of them on a hdd in my PowerBook 150. I didn't format yet my Toshiba 2.5 pATA drive for a Apple system and i wondered if a Apple DOS or ProDOS is more compatible with any hdd.

Thats a dead end, I´m afraid.
Apple DOS / Pro DOS were used for the Apple II computer family, predating Macintosh some years.
Macintosh System had an option to initialise volumes for Pro DOS for some time, but that wont help for your PowerBook hard disk. :(
This option was for backward compatibility, same for the Apple II plug-in cards for Macintosh.

To get started with the PowerBook you need either:
A working Apple Superdrive fittting ito the PB
A working external SCSI CD drive. (including a SCSI to SD adapter)
A Mac (emulator) capable to format your Hitachi drive and to install e.g. System 7.5 (for every Macintosh).
