There is nothing like that and there cannot be anything like that. An emulator is a program and needs, like any other program, a operating system that runs on the hardware you want to use.

On your PC you can probably use a version of Linux instead of Windows and run SheepShaver for Linux on it instead of SheepShaver for Windows.

That might be possible, but you would sooner use an USB stick, as the operating system and emulator would have to be able to write to the device.

Or start with a cd with dos, and use the emulator from the hard disk.

There is the vMac Mac OS emulator that runs from the dos prompt.
But it only emulates Mac OS up to version 7.5.5.

Best wishes

SheepShaver uses WinAPI, KDE, Mac OS X's CoreImage, OpenGL and DirectX to do it's heavy graphics lifting.

Unfortunately, none such run under DOS.

You may be able to use Fusion PC is you wanted to run up to OS8.1 on 68k emulation, but still no PPC emulation in MSDOS.

Maybe you could boot from Linux, and have it immediately run full screen emulator.
