How do I ''Install'' or whatever.. Macintalk 2?

How do I ''Install'' or whatever.. Macintalk 2?

I got this file etts.hqx that is suppused to be Macintalk 2... so I ''expanded'' it into.. a folder ''English Text-to-Speech 1.5'' inside there are random files... that are just files no extensions or anything.. so how do I ''install'' this?

How, where, and with which software did you expand the archive? Did you expand it inside a mac emulator or did you expand it in the host environment?

Which Mac emulator are you running, with which MacOS version installed? Which is your host system (OSX, Windows) and which version?

I used HFV explorer to copy the hqx file in question to a disk image in then ran in SheepShaver.
It didn't unpack the file, so etts.hqx was copy to the disk as is.
Next, I could use stuff-it expander to unstuff the file. That created a folder called English Text-to-Speech 1.5 with several files, among which an Installer. The installer installed mac-in-talk 3 and mac-in-talk pro without problem.
