It is the code for Weston Pawlowski's old "MACE" project, which was an effort to build a ROM-less emulator. I guess like Executor.

It is something we used to follow on this site in the 90s and early 2000s a lot.

Anyone want to try compiling it?

I remember reading about vMACE in this old thread. But at least there's code this time.

Yeah, that's what I found when looking to see if the code had been mentioned here. The github upload happened a bit after that post, though.
