running windows 11...

the emulator is not in color. could not get it in color. using RTX nvidia drivers.

BasiliskII-Windows-26-01-2022 release
1992-03-3DC27823-Quadra950.ROM with Quadra 900 (MacOS 8x)
MacOS8_1 iso

install works fine. boots. sees my drive (500 MB), formats and installs.
shutdown
remove the ISO from the volumes so only new formatted HD is in the listing
boots into the OS, tries to rebuild the desktop... crashes locking basilisk
hard reset the exe
fire it up and no hard drive is located with an OS (blinking floppy)

i tried removing the drive from the volumes list and re-adding it and as many other things as i could think of. nothing worked.

open to any advice :)

Hi,

Those issues might be due to:
1. The rom file used. Use the rom advertised on the redundant robot site to be best for Basilisk or the Quadra 650 rom.
2. The cd image. Ideally you use an iso containing a universal installer for all supported macs. See the macintoshgarden for such a CD image.

Best,
