Settings are OK. The System on the MacOS753.dsk apparently is not recognized as a bootable system. Something must have gone wrong with the system installation.
Best start again:
Use the GUI to put all three disk images again in place in the volumes list. Save and quit the GUI.
You can start up again from the Disk Tools disk.
Erase the MacOS753 disk.
Proceed with the system installation procedure.

How do I get stuff-it on the disk so I can expand things, I downloaded stand alone but it still says it is missing program to expand
